What a trip! We’ve officially landed in the greater Chicago area! It’s been a whirlwind of a week as Megan and I have been unpacking, painting, and of course working through it all!

Megan’s parents stayed with us for about 11 days to help unload, paint and get things ready to go at the Barr family Illinois home! Her father was a fantastic addition to the paint crew as he ‘cut in’ around the entire house. My job was to roll it all out and the girls took care of the unpacking and organizing.

I’ve been working out the house, and it’s been pretty great. The stress of the move caused Megan to catch some sort of bug, so having the flexibility to work from home has been nice. With all of the other stuff that has been happening, I haven’t had much time to keep up with the markets, but I hope to get back in the game soon. It’s been a great time to be in the market, the volatility provides some great opportunities to make money.
