Very rarely will I rant online… However, this deserves a complaint. This afternoon our home started to get pretty darn warm. Megan is very pregnant and an extremely uncomfortable, warm, humid house is not a good thing at all. No problem, we have this handy dandy home warranty that came with our new place.

USELESS. As I write this post, I have been on the phone with the warranty company for 1 Hour and 17 Minutes, I still have not gotten to talk to a real person. I called in, selected the correct option and was put straight on hold. The recording says that they will be with me shortly… I guess our definitions of shortly are very, very different.

I’ve even called the local “Regional Vice President” to try and get some help (on my cell while still on hold on the main line). He is supposed to call back to give me some sort of emergency number… We’ll see how that goes. The company is Global Warranty Group Inc. globalhomeusa.com. We’ll see how it all goes.
