The AC is still broken, however I’ve been able to get in touch with some of the folks in charge of Global Warranty Group Inc. After making a call to a gentleman named Mike Ruffolo, I have gotten in touch with their COO Mr. Darryl Andrews.

Mr. Andrews says that he is going to get our problem fixed right away; so for that I am quite grateful. I’ve dropped a note to the president of the company as well to let him know about the problems and the folks that have assisted. I appreciate it when people take time out of their holiday weekends to take care of customers.

My first impression with the Global Warranty Group was not favorable at all; however Mr. Ruffolo and Mr. Andrews have been extremely helpful so far and have swayed my opinion.

Hopefully by early tomorrow morning we have a cool house again…
