Well, the folks that run Global Warranty Group seem to have their act together. The gentleman that I spoke to on Saturday night worked with me to have a local repair team come out and fix our A/C on the spot Sunday morning.
I’m happy to report that when you get the right folks involved, this company does a very good job of getting things taken care of.
